He sent prophets to them… but they would not listen. – 2 Chronicles 24:19
In the novel To Kill a Mockingbird, Atticus Finch is a respected small-town lawyer in the segregated South during the 1930s. When he takes on a case that pits an innocent black man against two dishonest white people, Atticus knows he will face terrible prejudice from the jury. But his conscience compels him to speak the truth boldly in the face of opposition.
During Christ’s ministry on earth, His message also resulted in angry opposition (Luke 4:21-30). Yet, in the sovereignty of God, the terrible miscarriage of justice that sentenced Jesus to death on the cross purchased our redemption. Now, as representatives of the risen Christ in this world, we are to promote reconciliation, justice, and integrity (Mic. 6:8; 2 Cor. 5:18-21). And in so doing, this may mean speaking the truth in the face of opposition. This is the charge to every believer until that day when Christ sets all things right (Rev. 20:11-15). – Dennis Fisher
The life that counts must toil and fight,
Must hate the wrong and love the right;
Must stand for truth, by day, by night –
This is the life that counts. – Anon
It’s better to declare the truth and be rejected than to withhold the truth just to be accepted.

2 Chronicles 24:15-22
But Jehoiada grew old and was full of days, and he died; one hundred thirty years old was he when he died. They buried him in the city of David among the kings, because he had done good in Israel, and toward God and his house.
Now after the death of Jehoiada came the princes of Judah, and made obeisance to the king. Then the king listened to them. They forsook the house of Yahweh, the God of their fathers, and served the Asherim and the idols: and wrath came on Judah and Jerusalem for this their guiltiness.
Yet he sent prophets to them, to bring them again to Yahweh; and they testified against them: but they would not give ear. The Spirit of God came on Zechariah the son of Jehoiada the priest; and he stood above the people, and said to them, Thus says God, Why disobey you the commandments of Yahweh, so that you can’t prosper? Because you have forsaken Yahweh, he has also forsaken you.
They conspired against him, and stoned him with stones at the commandment of the king in the court of the house of Yahweh. Thus Joash the king didn’t remember the kindness which Jehoiada his father had done to him, but killed his son. When he died, he said, Yahweh look on it, and require it.

This passage makes me think of a Bible story... which is about a rich and a poor man... the rich man asked Abraham send him to his family therefore they won't suffer like him now in the future... however, the answer he got is "If they don't want to listen, no matter what they won't too"...
Is like we had set a standard of being know of God... always thinking "if God..., then..." we never think of actually He had reveal to us even using a more different way, and which can show up His glory, to us.
No matter where we are, people used to follow and accept the environment... although it is wrong... I saw a phrase yesterday... "It's right to be wrong!"... the world had changed... meanwhile, it is also more closer to the end... Someone said, we are to be die since the moment we were born... :P
Well, what I want to say here is, since we all do not know when are we going to be die or move to another space, why dont we use this limited time to do something meaningful?
Someone may think of it is wierd to be doing someting outstanding than other, however, in other word mean that person is a leader! Hey! Let's pick up our Christian's responsibility to show the world what is "RIGHT"!!!
We have nothing to scared of if we scared of God... :) ... Let's "Speak Out The Truth!" gambteh!!
